If security is a priority, look no further than the Executive Safe. The interior can accomodate medium sized valuables or rearrange the three shelves to fit a larger amount of smaller items. UL listed group II combination lock features at least 1 million different combinations, maintains effectiveness after corrosion, stress, moisture, vibration exposure, and is protected from drill attack. This model had a larger interior storage capacity than the D880 model.

The interior carpet has an adhesive applied to make it stick to surfaces.Strong off-gassing was present inside the safe and we kept it in the garage for about a month with the safe door wide open to get as much of the odor out of the safe interior before moving it inside our home.Otherwise we are quite happy with the new safe.One last comment-The large safe came in a cardboard box with only minimum protection provived for its long journey to Ca. May I suggest that you better box this item before shipping. My safe arrived fine but the box was in bad shape.

Comments about SentrySafe Three Shelf Executive Vault:

The sentry D888 Executive safe is just that. Executive looking. You want to leave out so everyone can see it & be impressed. But thats not what a safe is for. I do not know how well it protects valuables because no one has tried to break into it. I hope no one ever does. The one flaw it has is that light reflecs off the dial making it a little hard to read the numbers but the brilliant gold dial & handle are make it so impressive.
