I'm using this personal safe primarily as a way to keep my handgun secure and out of my toddler's hands. It fits great on a shelf high up in my closet. It's a little smaller on the inside than I would have thought. I've had no problems so far and the directions to open/close and reset your combination code are all very easy to follow. This safe probably wouldn't keep a truly determined and experienced thief out, but it works just fine for my purposes.
